Heather and I worked together on a corporate office project for Dare Foods in Kitchener. They were relocating to a new location in Cambridge - a former Blackberry building that needed much updating to make the space function for their needs. Dare was looking to move away from the typical high panel 80’s cubicle style to something more current that was beautiful, functional, and that would attract and retain new talent. Heather and I worked diligently to execute their new layout re-using existing furniture (which required complete disassembly during the extensive renovation process) to a more appropriate size and configuration. Together we also sourced new contract furnishings for the collaboration areas townhall / kitchen and lobby with updated finishes and bright colours that reflected the candy brand.

It was wonderful working with Heather to provide creative solutions for challenging situations. She offered forward thinking ideas, products, finishes that will take Dare’s new office into the future.
